We guarantee cycle repair services from april to november during our workshop’s opening hours

(July and August are reserved for urgent repairs)

Repairing your bike is easy:

• Thorough analysis and first price estimate

• Time frame depends on the parts ordered

Regarding urgent repairs, we will do whatever is necessary to allow you to return home promptly and safely. We will offer you a bike replacement for the duration of the repair (except in August).

We also remain at your disposal for check-ups and reconditioning.

You’re not sure whether your bike requires repairs? Bring it in, we’ll take a look free of charge!

We’ll inspect it and - using our fee schedule - help you decide which of our repair plans best suits your needs.

Additional services:

• We order missing parts and equip your bike with accessories  

• Individual try-out sessions are made available to ensure the bike of your choice is the most optimal and best suited to your needs

General tips

Our recommendations:

• Change bike gears one at a time when pedalling and make sure the front gear remains aligned with the derailleur

• Don’t jump off the sidewalk

• Don’t overload the bike (by carrying another person) or its basket

• Don’t ride on the sand

• Clean the chain regularly with a dry cloth and a little oil

• Check the tire pressure on a regular basis

• Park your bike smoothly and safely
